Dashboard Workflow
The Dashboard is the platform’s operational home. It combines job health, review workflow, and action queues in one place so you can move assets from draft to approved without jumping between pages.
What You See On The Dashboard
Section titled “What You See On The Dashboard”The dashboard surfaces four core sets of information:
- Attention items: failed jobs, stale running jobs, and overdue reviews.
- Assigned to me: artifacts that need your review action.
- Changes requested for me: artifacts returned for revision.
- Ready to submit: artifacts you can submit for review.
Open Work From The Dashboard
Section titled “Open Work From The Dashboard”- Open Dashboard from the main navigation.
- Select an item from any queue.
- The platform opens that artifact detail page directly.
This flow is designed to keep review traffic focused on actionable items instead of browsing all assets.
Review Actions
Section titled “Review Actions”When an item is assigned for review, reviewers can:
- Approve the artifact.
- Request changes.
- Dismiss or clear stale attention items when appropriate.
Review actions are visible in workflow sections and reflected in queue counts.
Retry Failed Jobs
Section titled “Retry Failed Jobs”Failed generation jobs can be retried from attention-oriented workflow sections when retry is available. Retry is useful for transient failures such as temporary provider or network issues.
Related Guides
Section titled “Related Guides”Decision Guide
Section titled “Decision Guide”Use this quick decision path when you are not sure where to start:
- Need orientation or onboarding: begin with Getting Started, then return to this guide.
- Need to complete one concrete task: use the step-by-step flow in this page first, then expand into linked feature pages.
- Need governance or permissions context: cross-check relevant admin pages before changing team or policy settings.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If the page workflow does not match what you see in the product:
- Confirm your role and project permissions. Some actions are hidden for non-admin or non-owner users.
- Confirm you are in the correct project context before running generation or review actions.
- Refresh your page after major workflow actions (approval, status updates, reruns) to ensure queue and status cards are current.
